Closure can arrive too early

Productivity tools are designed to close loops: answer the email, finish the task, resolve the ticket, find the information. AI accelerates the instinct because almost any question receives a plausible answer immediately.

The danger is psychological. An explanation feels like closure, so you stop being bothered. But being bothered is often the beginning of original work. Why is this process still manual? Why does every company price the same strange way? Why do users export their data after buying expensive software?

Let the mind keep working

A good unanswered question creates pressure. You notice new evidence around it. The mind continues to work in the background while walking, showering, or doing something unrelated.

What occupies that background matters. If the top idea in your mind is a real product problem, progress can happen without a meeting. If it is status anxiety or an argument online, the same attention is spent there instead.

Use AI to deepen the question

The strongest mode is not 'give me the answer.' Ask what assumptions you are making, what evidence would prove the explanation wrong, which experts would disagree, and what data separates competing explanations.

This turns AI from an answer machine into a curiosity amplifier. It does not simply remove uncertainty; it helps you find uncertainty worth investigating.

Keep a question notebook

An idea is already one proposed solution. A question keeps many solutions possible. Lists of strange facts and unanswered questions can therefore be more durable than startup idea lists.

Ukraine is changing under pressure from war, reconstruction, migration, technology, energy constraints, and deeper integration with Europe. Fast change creates anomalies and forces temporary workflows into permanence. I do not know which adaptations become global products. That is the point. Do not be too efficient with uncertainty.
